REPLACEMENTS OR RETURNS
If, due to an error of assessment, the chosen size is not the right one, the Customer has the possibility to replace the received model FREE OF CHARGE. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, items not already used can be returned for a refund within 10 days from the date of delivery.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPLACING THE RETURNED GOODS
To request authorisation for replacement or return, the Customer must send a request to info@hollywoodvintagejacket. com within 2 days from order receipt or directly to the number 393 9800491.
- Upon the request receipt, HOLLYWOOD VINTAGE JACKET will send the Customer a written confirmation.
- The return must be made with the same courier who made the delivery and must be sent directly to HOLLYWOOD VINTAGE JACKET.
- Replacement or return shipment is free of charge.
The refund will be made as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item are completed, directly on the Customer’s Credit Card. The refund will be visible on the next card statement.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT OR RETURN
- The garments must not have been worn or altered and must not show any sign of use or damage.
- Returned items must be shipped using the HOLLYWOOD VINTAGE JACKET box.
- HOLLYWOOD VINTAGE JACKET reserves the right not to accept unauthorized returns or shipments by couriers other than those indicated in the return instructions email.
