JOEY DUNLOP Inspired | leather bag

On 7 June 2000, during the Ultra-Lightweight 125 TT race, Joey Dunlop, at the age of 48, achieved his twenty-sixth victory at the Isle of Man Tourist Trophy. Unexpectedly, that turned out to be his last victory at the TT. A few days later, due to a tragic accident in Estonia, the “King of Road” left us, creating a deep void in the world of road racing. The greatest and most successful, he became a model for many subsequent road racers, from John McGuinness, stuck with 23 victories, to his nephew Michael Dunlop. 23 years after that victory, “The Bull” came close to his uncle Joey’s record in the recently concluded 2024 edition of the Isle of Man TT.
